As founder and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Preißel has been active in the solar industry for almost 20 years now. In 2002, he founded the company mp-tec and pushed in particular the development of the proven mounting system QUICK.LINE. Since the establishment of mp-tec Mr. Preißel accompanied as sole shareholder the Business Development and Project Business.

Since 2011, the graduated merchant Rainer Sperling has been supporting our company as Chief Finance Officer for the entire business sector of Accounting, Controlling and Human Resource Management. His expertise stems from his 20 years of experience in leading commercial and management positions at VHV, RA-MICRO AG, PIN AG and the Direkt Express-Gruppe. Before Mr. Sperling joined mp-tec, he founded with two business partners the “Direct Express Gruppe”, developed the company and sold it successfully. Moreover, Rainer Sperling had been responsible for many different IT-Projects during his professional career.
